I worked with Martin initially, who brings decades of experience and professionalism to mortgage broking, and then his counterpart, Joyce, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. In fact, I am still in awe of the service I received. They were the consumate professionals: friendly, welcoming, inclusive, understanding, and their product knowledge was second to none. Joyce worked on finalsing our mortgage with our lender, and you will not find a better broker in the industry. There was never a problem, you could ask her anything, her work was efficent and of the highest quality, she responed to all of our enquiries within minutes, she returned phone calls in a timely manner, but above all, she made the whole lending process easy and stress free, instilling calmness throughout our loan application and approval. Most people would find the home loan process overwhelming, but Joyce took all that stress and anxiety out of the equatio, and as mentioned, her communication and reassurance during the whole process was impeccable.
