Joyce worked on finalsing our mortgage with our lender, and you will not find a better broker in the industry. There was never a problem, you could ask her anything, her work was efficent and of the highest quality, she responed to all of our enquiries within minutes, she returned phone calls in a timely manner, but above all, she made the whole lending process easy and stress free, instilling calmness throughout our loan application and approval. Most people would find the home loan process overwhelming, but Joyce took all that stress and anxiety out of the equatio, and as mentioned, her communication and reassurance during the whole process was impeccable.
